Nice staff and very helpful. They always come up with an option for our requirements. Helped me to book a air port pickup, help us to do a quick change over even after we chk-out ect..... Breakfast is good and fulfilling. Pad thai with chicken was great and kids loved the omelet which they made for them. Design of the hotel is beautiful and i think if they can upgrade the lobby area, then it can be categorized as a designers boutique hotel. Ground floor bathroom was the most elegant place as per my view

You can actually walk all the way to the main Pattaya area. There's a great hotpot restaurant close by, it's quiet/off the main street, plenty of parking, and you can also walk to the beach. I actually liked that they give you two blankets instead of one huge one to share/

Good size room, staff were very nice. Air con stopped cooling after a few days there and they fixed it straight away

My room was at 6th floor with nice balcony and quite big shower, clean toilet, nice lounge area on the 7th floor (on the rooftop) with beautiful view on the city and sea I love it and nice reception as well.
